Between 1998 and 2002, Cliff Kavanaugh established multinational real
estate territories in Asia, Central America, South America and the Middle
East. He launched real estate regions while living onsite; for between
10-12 months each in Venezuela, Costa Rica, Taiwan and Kuwait.
Kavanaugh negotiated the acquisition of a real estate franchise network,
composed of over 195 real estate offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore,
Taiwan, and Indonesia.
For nearly a decade, he was Vice President of Operations for a 200 office
real estate corporation in the Mid-Atlantic States.
Cliff Kavanaugh is a proven coach to diverse high-income and entry-level
real estate professionals. He was managing broker to a sales force of
mega-producing sales associates with a large real estate firm operating
from a historic mansion in Charlottesville Virginia.
An accomplished, award-winning trainer, Kavanaugh has a demonstrated
track record of success in training hundreds of real estate professionals,
both individually and in large groups at regional, national and international
venues. As Vice President of a 16-office regional sales firm: he recruited
and trained over 850 sales associates during a 4-year period.
Kavanaugh supervised the establishment of both synchronous and asynchronous
Internet based real estate multiple listing (MLS) software in regional
networks in Latin America, as well as in individual office environments
in the US. He also supervised the design of web pages with MLS functionality
in Venezuela, Costa Rica, and Kuwait.
In the Republic of China, he finalized the first ever real-time online
real estate training course in Mandarin Chinese, using the Centra® Internet
platform, after having successfully completed the first beta tests of
real-time online real estate training in English in the Orient. He established
an international link with a US based mortgage company to enable expatriates
and foreign nationals wishing to purchase real estate in the US; to
apply for mortgage loan guarantees online from overseas.
