Sales Associate

A person with proper training and support, who desires to reach their own level of success.

This position is responsible for all aspects of the real estate business. The ability to maintain a healthy, positive attitude, will help you achieve what ever success you want. You will be your own team leader, marketing director, listing coordinator, sales coordinator and administrative assistant. A positive win, win attitude is ideal.

Behavior Profile: Steady, people oriented, patient and friendly. Trustworthy, confident, consistent and reliable. Organized and efficient. Aggressive, dynamic, executive, motivated, and productive. Outgoing, responsible, steady, and successful. As well as creative energetic, resourceful and up beat. 

Skills: Leadership, good communication skills, organization, planning, networking. Selling, presenting, negotiating, prospecting, conflict resolution. Computer skills (Internet, email, database, MLS and other programs). High rapport building. A great listener and interactively adaptable. Research and organization of information. Proven to do consistent follow-up and follow-through. 

Experience: Real estate license required. Excellent knowledge of the local area and real estate market beneficial. Track record of success in sales, business and leadership. Reputation for leadership, teamwork and respect of others.
